It also has an adjustable 7,000 BTU burner smoking system with a large drawer for storage.The additional Sear Zone is the perfect place to flashcarmelize food, locking in juices and flavor. The intense, highly directional heat of the Sear Zone burner quickly creates beautiful grill marks and is capable of completely cooking almost any food from vegetables to steaks. Or, sear the item for 23 minutes per side, then transfer to the standard burner side of your grill to finish.The grill comes set up for Natural gas with a Propane conversion kit included.
