Coleman stands behind their products

We have not used this exact model but we had 3 years experience with theprevious model of this grill. We were very satisfied with the previousmodel. It worked flawlessly, produced more heat than any other grill wehave had and we found the parts to be significantly more durable than ourprevious grills in this price class. Replacement parts are readily availableon Colemans Online website.It is important to note that when we had a problem with the previous grillinvolving a replacement part, Coleman stepped forward and stood behind itsproduct and made every attempt to make us satisfied customers -- which we are!
