Product Description
The Napoleon Mirage BIM605RBI (available in Propane and Natural) is an affordable way to create your own built-in grill. This Mirage has 605 square inch of primary cooking area with a total of 843 square inch. With a total of 79,500 total BTUs, the three stainless steel bottom tube burners make up 48,000 BTUs, the infrared bottom burner 16,000 BTUs and the infrared rear burner adds 15,500 BTUs. JETFIRE ignition for ways startups, engaging IGLOW backlit control knobs for late night entertaining and an optional commercial rotisserie kit for juicy chicken and roasts (Napoleon rotisserie kit:64605). Stainless steel rod cooking grids included as well as the Presidents limited lifetime warranty.

Great BBQ!

This BBQ heats up so fast it's unbelievable. Sear grill works great. Lights first time, every time. I recommend it.

Damaged...

Well, as the title says... It came damaged. The product packaging is the worst I have ever seen. Or heard of actually since i could litterly hear the metal bang as UPS dropped it on my doorstep and ran. No packing foam or styrofoam, no fun bubble wrap-poppers, just a couple cardboard reinforcments on each of the corners... The bottom, sides, and top had zero protection. One of the grease trays was warped pretty bad from sliding around inside the grill itself, but the deal breaker was the frame damage where the hood touches down. It was smashed in a bit and scratched up (obviously dropped on its head at some point.)I chose to call amazon instead of using the online method, the rep told me they have no control over the shipping method, packing method, etc... (no speedy dilevery on the replacement)They did offer to have UPS pick it up from my house when i told them I was concerned about getting the huge package to the UPS store which was nice.I chose to try again and had it re-shipped vs a refund but I am not very optopmistic that the results will differ much.I will hopefully be able to write a glowing review in a few weeks...
