The Broilmaster R3 Infrared Grill is the ultimate grilling experience for steak lovers. With its independent burner management, 3-level adjustable cooking grids, and 3-position stainless lid stop, the R3 Infrared Grill provides a broader temperature range (as low as 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and control unmatched in other infrared grills. This cooking versatility lets you sear steaks and chicken, indirect cook a roast or turkey, and even bake pizzas and cookies. The two infrared burners generate up to 40,000 BTUs to instantly vaporize drippings for that great charbroiled taste! Grill body is made from heavy duty cast aluminum with a stainless steel control panel. The two piece stainless steel rod cooking grids supply a generous 442 sq inches of direct cooking surface, and the stainless steel retract-a-rack warming rack adds an additional 253 sq inches, for a total of 695 sq inches of cooking surface. The multi-position stainless steel lid stop allows you to raise and lower the hood for maximum control over heat and smoke. Unit features an electronic ignition for year round instant lighting on one AA battery and a degree calibrated analog temperature gauge that reads from 0-600 degrees Fahrenheit. The painted steel in ground post is 48 inches long and should be buried approximately 12 inches. Post dimensions (in inches): 5 W x 4 D x 48 L.
