Grates Rusted after 4 months...No support from manufacturer!

We bought this grill in June of 2011. Four months later in October of 2011, the grate began to show signs of rust. It is now rusted to the point that it looks disgusting and is embarrassing when we have friends over for a cookout. I have sent pictures to the store where we bought it and they forwarded them on to the manufacturer, Cal-Spa. The store called me back today and said Cal-Spa's engineer said we were cleaning it with the wrong wire brush.(give me a break!!!) I bought the grill scrubbing brush at Lowes and have used it on nothing but this grill. I proceeded to call the manufacturer myself. The first call, I was disconnected after they had me on hold for five minutes. The second call, again on hold for 5-10 minutes, then the girl came back and told me the engineer had worked there a long time and he said the grates would not be covered under warranty because WE had done something wrong! He also said their grates would not rust! BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have seen someone else's review before purchasing. I do realize that sometimes things just go wrong with a product, and that's where a warranty comes in. NOT WITH THIS MANUFACTURER. WARRANTY DOES NOT EXIST!!! I have been told by the on line store where I bought this grill that they have many complaints concerning this manufacturer. AGAIN...BUYER BEWARE!!!

So far ok but arrived slightly damaged

I have not installed this yet, but so far it looks great. It did arrive slightly damaged, but not enough to warrant return.
