Great Grill From Napoleon!!!!

After a few months of research it was narrowed down to this model and the weber summit e470, I chose the Napoleon based on its features and reputation as a company as well as its price met my budget. Installation took about three hours total making sure I was doing everything correct. Fit and finish were exceptional, as well as the quality of materials. My first grill experience was using the rotisserie which worked extremely well it handled two chickens with no problem. Infrared side burner sears nice and hot, main burners cooked even and have not noticed any cold spots using the grill. On the customer service note during break in period I had all burners on and missed the owners manual stating to remove the warming rack when using the rear burner due to extreme high heat, it got warped:( my fault!!!! I contacted customer service they mailed me a replacement no questions asked, the part came in four days later. All in all this is a great grill that cooks very well, I even baked a meatloaf and the temperature stayed steady with no temperature drop whatsoever.

I had my last grill for over 20 years, replacing both the top and bottom along the way. With this heavy-duty stainless steel unit, I don't expect to ever need another grill in my lifetime. This thing is HEAVY, delivery weight was over 200 lbs., but assembly was easy enough. I only needed help lifting the cooking unit (mostly pre-assembled) onto the base. The infrared side grill is the ticket! If I'm cooking a couple of steaks or burgers for my wife and me, it's usually all I use. It cooks FAST and saves gas. I've seared a great tuna steak as well. This grill is not cheap, but like I said, it should last a lifetime. It also includes a rotisserie unit, which I have yet to try. Napoleon also has a great lifetime warranty -- 100% replacement cost for 10 years and 50% forever after. My research founds great compliments for their customer service, too.

This is a well built grill and I'm glad this is what I decided on. I like to entertain friends and family so having 4 burners and 500 square inches gives me enough room for all my foods. A rear burner is nice as well for rotisserie chickens and I am now starting to get hang of the infrared side burner. Searing with that high heat is perfect because I love a good steak!
