NOT GOOD

Sistem item to this one had to arrive on a truck with the trucking company requiring setting up an appointment. But, when I had assembled the grill, all except the final step of placing the grids, I found that both of the cast iron grids were cracked in-two, though I couldn't see any packaging damage. I emailed the company, but after no response for 5 days, I purchased replacement steel grids instead of disassembling, repackaging, and reshipping it to return it to Amazon. When I finally got an email response on day six, they wanted the Serial Number on the grill, though I had sent them the Amazon order number and model number. No indication in the email or manual on where to find a Serial Number on the grill and the location wasn't obvious to me. Too bad their grids were brittle and their customer service procedures are so poor. With me taking care of my own problems and replacing defective parts myself it doesn't seem to be that bad a quality grill otherwise. A quick response that they were rushing replacement grids would have been an appropriate customer service response, but they didn't provide that.

Nice Grill

It is a Great grill, not hard to assemble. Everything i was looking for, i would buy it again. Looking to buy one for my Dad for Christmas.

Poorly constructed

Came missing parts. Had to wait 35 minutes on phone for service.After receiving the missing parts (7 days) I put the Barbeque together and found the lower casting is cracked.I would not recommend.
