Dangerous Grill, lousy customer service

Since day 1 we've had problems with this grill. The burners didn't light up all the way around. In less than 2 years we replaced2 faulty valves with an out-of pocket expense for service (over $100 each time). We described a potentially fatal aspect of the grill to the distributor, Shopper's Choice. Flames shoot out the ignition burner when you try to start the grill. Instead of warning us of the potential danger, they wanted to troubleshoot over the phone with them, essentially asking me to dismantle a complicated appliance- American Outdoor Grill36 Inch Built-in Propane gas Grill with Rotisserie. Everyone involved is passing the buck on who is responsible for replacing it. Bottom Line is Shopper's Choice supplied the faulty valves. Hannah Storm of ESPN had half her face and scalp burned off in an incident of a grill blowing fire in her face. People have died in incidents such as this. I won't ever get in a situation where there is a disconnect between the manufacturer of an item and its service provider. I am out about $2500 including the other parts of the grill.
