overpriced hype

I bought this product after having the equivalent old model for 15 years. The pictures showing ceramic getting red hot are false .Mine certainly doesnt. The flavor profile from just ceramic is zero. The grill doesnt come with side shelves like others do. the feel is quite flimsy. the smoker is essentially ineffective . It lights easily and seems easy to use but thats it. The stainless cooking surface is a night mare to get clean. Sorry DCS big dissapointment. ONE LAST THING AMAZON. Driver drops this on the curb . Perhaps someone from your shop should try moving this thing, it was a nightmare .I certainly believe you should point that out on your web site.I would also offer shipping and unpacking as an option. It would be well worth it. Assembling this thing is its own nightmare.
