Judged a Book By It's cover

When i first viewed this grill on Amazon , i liked the color and some of the specs. when i recieved the grill one of the front doors was bent, and parts of the base were bent, the metal was flimsy.The grease pan was attached facing the outside of the box this also was dented, and was made of a thin metal.I returned this grill not only because of the damage, but the flimsy metal it was made of.For the price $ 400.00 , i did not get my monies worth.Amazon did give me a refund upon return of this product . I will continue to do buisness with Amazon. Bob H.

Product arrived and I was super excited to build it and fire it up. I opened it up and it was stainless instead of blue. I really liked the blue but I wasn't about to go through the hassle to put everything back in the box to return it. Next I notice a scratch and dent in the lid. Thats when I start to call amazon for a return. As I am on the phone I notice another dent. Then I notice that its the wrong grill entirely b/c it doesn't have a sear station in it. Needless to say my evening was shot and how I have to repackage this beast and ship it back. Not happy at all. I'm going to lowes and getting the E-330 from Weber like I should have done to start.

No conversion kit for natural gas available

The grill works well and we especially like the searing burner. The only issue we have is that Bradley did not return our email request for information on a conversion kit to natural gas. Evidently, they don't make one. Our home is plumbed for it and we would love to install it instead of having to purchase propane.
