Good grill but sorry service!!

The grill worked great the first time I used it. I have never cooked on a better grill. Here is the problem I have..the valves have stuck and I cannot control the flame or heat, it's wide open flame all the time. I'm going on three months talking with Artisan people and my retailer to fix the problem. Artisan keeps calling and saying that me and a repair man don't know what the real problem is. They said a week ago that they would send the parts to fix the problem. Now I have another phone message saying they haven't shipped the parts yet and they want me to call them to try something else. The grill seems to be a good one but their service sucks.
