Product Description

We've always been forward thinking, but it's never been truer than in our new Genesis E-320 series gas grills with front-mount control knobs. We moved the control knobs from the side table to the front panel for full-on heat control and gave you two extra large stainless steel tables for all of your grilling needs. And we did it without compromising an ounce of the cooking performance that makes Genesis a legend. The flush mounted side burner lets you multi-task while grilling. The Genesis E-320 gas grill comes equipped with an electronic ignition system providing you with quick and reliable ignition. The enclosed cart discreetly hides your LP tank (tank not included) and a precision fuel gauge lets you know exactly where you stand on fuel at all times. Porcelain-Enameled cast-iron cooking grates retain heat evenly and sear foods beautifully. The copper porcelain–enameled shroud has a built in center mounted thermometer and the steel doors and aluminum end caps are also copper colored.

5Flat out awesome grill
By P. H. Adams
Bought this to replace a Weber Q 200, which was a fantastic little grill that changed my mind about gas grilling. I'd always been a charcoal purist before the Q, but decided to give it a try and was amazed at how consistently beautiful and delicious my grilled items turned out. Unfortunately, there were two downsides to the Q: 1) the size - with four of us, grilling main course plus side items invariably turned into a juggling act with some items getting cold before the others were done, and 2) one burner meant no real option for indirect grilling. The Genesis E-320 addresses both of the concerns. I'm getting the same great results (even cooking, beautiful sear marks) but more surface area and better temperature control.I almost pulled the trigger on this grill last season, but I'm glad I waited. Thanks to the new burner design which places the knobs on the front, you now have more surface area on the side for prep, etc., and the fore-aft burner configuration makes more sense for indirect cooking. All in all, it's a solid, well-designed grill, which, most importantly, produces fantastic food consistently.TIP: Use the grilling guide included with the grill. The time/temps are perfect for all kinds of grilled items. Also, if you have an iPad, get the Weber grill app. It's great.

52011 Weber 6521001 Gensis 320 LP Grill
By Goldwings
Hello,I will start this review by telling you that this grill ROCKS.. It is my first Weber.... I came from Kenmore... This grill came delivered as promised! The shipper that Amazon uses is ABS. They were fantastic. Kudos to them for the prompt delivery service. The grill came in a pretty big box weighing about 190 lbs. I put it together in my living room and carried it outside before installing the Left Side Table and Right Burner Assembly. You cannot lift the grill using these two points when installed, but have a good anchor point beforehand.... Anyway .. EVERYTHING Weber uses in this grill is fantastic. It's quality.... I would have liked to see Weber have a piece of stripping wrapped around the circle on the Bottom Panel where the LP tank would sit. I think condensation would transfer from the tank over time and rust the panel. I will head out to the local hardware store to purchase this to act as a barrier. I also would like a shelf inside the cabinet to sit some things on... It does not have that, but no big deal..... I like this grill and KNOW it will give me countless hours of grilling possibilities...

5It's like grilling for the very first time...!
By Captain Scott
I've gone though about 6 or 8 inexpensive gas grills before finally buying this Weber. In my mind I was just was never able to justify the extra cost but have learned my lesson. I started this lesson 8 years ago when my brother-in-law and I went grill shopping together. He bought the basic 2-burner Weber unit (like the current Spirit E-210) for around $300. I bought the standard cheapo unit for around $100 and was proud of myself for pocketing the extra dough. Four years later my cheapo unit was shot and I had to replace it. His Weber was still going strong. I replaced my cheapo with a slightly better cheapo. Add another four years and this cheapo is having problems. His Weber was still going strong (although he had replaced the flaverizer bars for ~$25.)Seeing his experience sold me on Weber and turned me off any no-name or low-cost grill. I started looking at the Spirit E-210 and wanted something a little larger. I showed the Spirit E-310 to my wife and she didn't like the controls on the side because they consume premium space on the side table. She also insisted on a side burner for boiling corn outdoors on hot summer days so we don't heat up the kitchen. These two requests pushed us up to the Genesis models and we ended up with the Genesis EP-320. The P is for premium meaning it has stainless steel flaverizer bars and stainless cooking grates. We opted to save $50 and not get the Sear Station Burner option because we didn't think we would use it much.We got the unit unassembled and it took about two hours to put together. There are a lot of steps but it is not difficult. First you put together the base and then put the grill part on top of the base. Make sure to remove the cover from the grill before trying to put it on top of the base because it is very heavy. The instructions state this but I missed it at first. Now finally to the grilling part - it really does feel like grilling for the very first time. The difference is night and day between the previous cheapo units I have owned. The three burners fire up flawlessly every time with a perfect steady, even, and powerful flame. It is so much heavier then the cheapo units and all that extra mass helps to control and equalize the cooking temperature. The weight of the thing is close to 200 pounds and even the lid is heavy. The stainless steel grates are heavy as well. So far we have grilled fish, chicken, burgers, steak, eggplant, corn-on-the-cob, onions and peppers. The nice, even temperatures resulted in near flawless grilling. The first week we owned it we grilled something different every night. The cost was pretty high at $800 but I expect it to last a very long time. Plus if it ever needs maintenance I know that all the parts are standard parts that are easily available. I could not be any happier with this grill.
