Great fire pit, bad customer service

I love the fire pit. It works as advertised. I did not get the tank holder or the hose that was supposed to come with it. The seller told me 2 times it was on it's way. I now know that it is not going to come. I bought my own hose. I love the product but do not buy it from "Ideal True Value".

Missing parts!

looks good but Unable to use product yet as it is missing 60-inch propane hose and regulator as well as a propane tank stand! can't rate the product my issue is with seller as per other reviews they fail to include needed parts as discribed under "product features".
