Terrible

Bought this for a party this weekend. It arrived a day late. The delivery guy had my son and I haul it up the stairs. Poor customer service. The box was beat to hell. Parts inside for the cart are dented to the point where it cant be assembled. Amazon says it will take 7-10 days to replace. Guess i am SOL this weekend!

The shipping, not the product

The company used to ship this is NOT easy to work with. I'm a HUGE amazon user for all sorts of items from dvd and beer CO2 cartridge size to work out equipment. This is the first time anyone has sent me an item using this company and they do not make it easy to get your item. Its like working with the cable company to get your delivery, or even worse. I can't rate the item since it was due 4 days ago and arrived in town in time but I couldn't work out a half day window from my work that fit with THEIR limited available schedule after they called me 10 minutes before they closed to schedule a time. Although they did answer the phone just to tell me I'm a residential delivery so I should call back sometime the next day. So maybe I will see the actual item tomorrow night and I can come back and give an actual review on the grill itself by the end of the week since it missed my barbeque this weekend. Though if I find anything shipped using the company I won't buy it.
