when 1st opened it looked like a very well constructed unit. Owned this grill for 2 years. Grilling 1-2 times a week during summer months, maybe 3 times total from november-april. Have to remove burners and clean once a month. Ignitor clogs all the time. I now have to replace all the burners because they are cast-iron and rotted out. One burner will not be usable again due to drip shield stud that holds it off burner rotted off and it's welded into the casing. Highlighted "heavy duty" top grate has slots that are spread too far apart. Easily loose food through slots. I always use a cover, don't live on or near ocean or train tracks! Even if i got new one under warranty wouldn't take it, terrible design. Spent lot of money on outdoor living space and built it in now have to redo stone work to fit new unit. Do not recommend!
