Slick Portable Gas Grill
By Allan M. Goldfinger
Once assembled, this unit is a slick mostly stainless steel unit ideal for a small family or tight quarters. Very easy to use and very uniform grilling. One important thing to note that is missing from Amazon's product description - this unit is set up to use 16 oz. propane throw away canisters. You need an adapter (cost about $25.00) to enable you to use regular 5 gallon propane tanks.

Top quality item.
By Electric Fred
2/9/12 The main valve is having to be replaced. They are shipping a new one. Also ordered an additional side table for $10.10.At this price point I feel I got a great deal. The grill is very well made. Easy to assemble. Looks great. So much better than a Char Broil I had that just turned to scrap metal.I haven't used the grill yet, so I will leave feedback on the cooking quality once I've used it a few times. Spent and evening "seasoning" the grill. So it's ready for use now.Cons:1. Closure rivet not properly seated. Comes off.2. It comes with a factory residue on it that was very difficult to remove. It had no sheen when first opened. CitriSolv finally did the trick.(Orange oil). But, that was after 2 or 3 other cleaners.3. No brace to keep the cover from slamming shut.Pros:1. Extremely well made. All parts are VERY substantial.2. Goes together easily.3. Love the controls. Auto start works everytime.4. Shelf can be mounted on either side.(or you can order a second one)5. Porcelain enamel cooking grill.6. Gets to +700 degrees in about 10 min.

Someone still does make a quality portable grill!!
By Chris
I hope this helps all of those who are like me.I had a camping trip coming up. I needed a solid grill that was portable, but not flimsy. I am obsessed with researching the heck out of anything before I buy it. I loved the look of the coleman roadtrip grills, including the Paul Jr. grill. I liked the looks of it and thought that coleman made fairly good products. That was until I went to Dicks and saw one. The metal was so thin, it reminded me of a cookie sheet or something. No way. After reading every review for every grill on Amazon, the only one with perfect reviews was this one. I was a little skeptical because there were only five reviews, and they were from people who seemed to use it more for the home, but I was so unimpressed with all of the others that I took a chance and ordered it.I had plenty of time before my trip, so I went with the super saver delivery. Guess what? The grill came in 2 days. Great job Amazon! When I got the package, the first thing I noticed was the weight. This grill is heavy duty. It is a little heavy, but I would much rather have that than something cheap. Also, I was not planning on walking around with it all day. I simply wanted something that could compact to fit into the trunk, then set up easily while tailgating or camping. It fit the bill perfectly. The detachable legs are very sturdy and quality material. When you detach them, they all click under the grill itself for transport. Perfect. I packed it up and was off for the true test, 5 days at camp.I am now back from my camping trip, and needless to say, this thing was impressive. It was a huge hit. Cooked everything perfectly. This thing gets hot too. There is a thermometer in the lid, which some may thing is a gimmick, but this one is accurate, and quality. It isn't some flimsy metal watch arm in a turkey thermometer. The lid closes solidly and is heavy duty. With the lid closed, and the setting on low, the grill got up to 400 degrees in about 7 mins. Perfect for brauts, dogs, whatever. I cooked about 9 meals on it and used one and a half propane can. All in all, the reviews are correct. This thing is the only 5 star left out there.Pros:- Quality material, heavy duty.- Thermometer in lid.- Solid removable legs.- Gets HOT.- Looks awesome.Cons:- Heavier, but that is what you get with good quality.- Only one burner. Grill has long burner for whole grill. Would be nice to have option for only one side, but small price to pay for the good quality.NOTE: I noticed some of the models don't have the side table, and just has the grill itself. I got the one with the side table, which is essential!!!
